As a mobile notary traveling agent we take on all assignments through escrow agents, real-estate brokers loan signing services, social workers, hospitals, home residence, nursing homes, work offices, courts, Motor vehicles as we come to you. There is always a situation where you may need paperwork notarized in a hurry due to this pandemic at this point and time, we come with mask and close following of CDC guidelines ready to perform for you the client. It is as simple as email us or calling our phones in which answer right away because we know you would not be calling if it was not an emergency. As far as Signing agent concerns: I know mistakes and missed signatures causes delay in closings and sometimes jobs in which timing is crucial as well as mistakes. Re-signs, or missed rate locks forms not filled out that the clients have to fill out themselves is time consuming work which leads to the escrow agents filling out these forms when the notary can make sure this is done to save time for everyone else. I know that documents being sent back slowly also causes delays. I am not a picky person when it comes down to signing times. This why I am open seven days a week.  

       I never ever miss FedEx drops! I specifically know that escrow wants docs back asap. I know all the latest FedEx drop-offs in my city. I do not choose to do another appointment over making FedEx! I am never late to appointments. I never stack appts too close together. If I take a signing from you, I will make it on time. No excuses and I always factor in traffic times. And I never miss any dates, initials, or signatures. I always make sure that the borrower initials any corrections to the notice of right to cancel. Or if the NRTC lines are blank, I’ll have the borrower fill in the dates themselves. All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. More importantly I know how they are to be filled out. Let’s be honest, most signing agents don’t know how to fill out most forms. 

        I know some signing agents miss the top signature line on the front page of the 1003. I don’t. Oh and I never miss signature the signature on top of the second page the FHA or VA loan application And I never miss the notary sections, there is nothing worse than signing agents who forget to stamp there acknowledgments or jurats.
