4 simple steps responding to positive reviews for your business.

(1). Be specific when thanking your customer for their positive review.By doing this the customer knows he/she is dealing with a real person and not a generated message.  The way I reply is by saying “Thank you so much for you feedback it was my pleasure to serve you, please feel free to contact our company (newjerseynotaryservice.com) located in (Bloomfield, NJ) if you are in need of (notary services) again. Have a blessed day.”

(2). Be sure to mention your business name along with keywords related to your business when responding to a review.When responding by mentioning your business name and using keyword, these words will appear in your search results. Please see the highlighted example above.

(3). In your review add a little marketing to your response. Knowing that all replies are public and there will be other people reading your reviews, it does not hurt to throw a little marketing in your response by mentioning your experience with the client and offering special deals for returning customers.

(4). To end your responses ask the customer to spread the word about your services. On the last part of your email response simply say “I am so happy we could satisfy your needs please let your friends and family know about my services and if they mentioned you referred them, they will $$$ off for choosing newjerseynotaryservice.com.”
